Mission Statement
At the Salacoa Cooperative, we strive to bring fresh, healthy food to the members of our CSA. We want to encourage people to think local! It is important to us that our CSA members feel like part of our farming family. We are not into fancy certifications, but want to use sustainable farming techniques to produce naturally grown, chemical free food that is as good for the environment as it is for our bodies and souls.

Are there any more openings for Spring . When do I pick up the Basket once I have joined?
Hi Jack,
Unfortunately, we are full for the spring season; however, we will be markets throughout the season. We will have a market in Decatur on Wednesday from 4-7 at Harbor Bar and Fish House, and a market in Jasper at one of our farms two days a week. If you are still interested in signing up for the CSA, we are currently accepting members for the summer and fall seasons! Thanks for your interest in our Co-op and we look forward to hearing back from you.
